Sandra Y. G. Jones, LMSW, GCDF, ABD is the establishmentarian of Path Church of Restoration and Deliverance. Since June 2005, she has served Path CORD and the Cook County community in worship, community service and development. Additionally, she serves as Vicar General to Bishop Wade S. McCrae, presiding prelate of the Rhema Word Covenant Fellowship of Pastors, where she sits on the Executive Council and is and Overseer of District 3 with churches in Georgia and her home state of New York.
Pastor Jones earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Anthropology, and Philosophy and Religious Studies. Additionally, she earned her Master of Social Work from Valdosta State University and is currently all but dissertation (ABD) in her pursuit of a Doctor of
Educational Leadership.
Pastor Jones also operates in impactful secular influence, having dual function in the Kingdom as well as the marketplace. She serves as Deputy Chief Officer of Engagement and Wellness at Valdosta State University (VSU). Additionally, she serves as an adjunct professor in the Master of Social Work Program and leads various campus wide initiatives such as the African American
Male Initiative and Leadership VSU which exposes future student leaders to leadership principles and practical hand on experiences to enhance their global leadership perspective.
In addition to her work in higher education, Pastor Jones practices as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and offers therapeutic services at a private agency in Valdosta, GA. She is also licensed in the state of New Jersey, where she was able to serve first responders via tele-mental health at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
